Latest Updates On KSA Influencer Legislations
In a recent update, the General Authority of Media Regulations in Saudi outlined that children are not allowed to be featured in branded content on social media. This update is applicable to all talents with a KSA Influencer License “i.e. Mawthooq”, which includes Saudis residing in or outside Saudi, along with expats residing in Saudi.
