YouTube @handles Are Now Live!
YouTube has introduced unique identifiers (example @youtubecreators) for all YouTube channels. These unique handles will help users find and interact with brands and their YouTube channel. The handle will also function as a unique channel URL, providing another branding opportunity. Brands can benefit from this by asking the creators to tag them in their video descriptions and when responding to a fan’s comment during their collaboration. This feature is now live.
